Tucked away on the top floor, furthermost corner of Carnegie College’s Halbeath Campus is our best kept secret. Our Restaurant offers lunches, evening meals, lite bites, cookery demonstrations and our ever popular theme nights.

The restaurant is run by the College’s Catering and Hospitality students, who not only develop and prepare the gourmet food on offer, but also provide first-rate customer service. The students are taught and supervised by a number of highly-skilled catering and hospitality professionals.

Our training restaurant operates throughout the academic year, offering lunches from 12.00 noon and dinner from 6.00pm. Mouth-watering dishes reflecting seasonality and using only the finest local fresh produce are prepared and served by our students.
