Carnegie is pleased to announce the formation of a partnership with West Coast Energy and plans to create scholarship opportunities for students from the Kennoway, Kettle and Star community council areas. Up to six scholarships will be available to young people from these local communities and will provide financial support for students studying Engineering and Renewables at Carnegie, as well as providing mentoring aid supported by West Coast Energy.

In recognition of their close association with Carnegie College, Jim
Leishman MBE and Noel McKenna OBE were installed as Fellows of the
College at the Graduation Ceremony held on 20 September, receiving their
awards from the College’s Honorary Chancellor, Lord Leitch of Oakley.
