Scholarship Programme

Applications for financial support from the Carnegie College Scholarship Fund are invited from individuals who have enrolled or intend to enrol in any full-time HNC, HND or Degree course at Carnegie College commencing in the 2010/11 Academic Year. This fund has been created to ensure that eligible students are not disadvantaged in their opportunity to study at the College because of lack of finance.

The award of a Scholarship is additional to any other funding available and will not affect the receipt of other financial support to which a student is entitled.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate qualification by either academic merit or financial need and a commitment to succeed. The process is a competitive one and will confer awards to as many suitable candidates as the available funds will allow. All applications will be considered individually, following which a short-list will be prepared and selected candidates interviewed. Decisions will then be communicated as quickly as possible.
