SAAS Funding

Do you want to study a full-time HNC, HND or degree course? If so you will have the opportunity to apply to the Scottish Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS), just as you would do at university. If you receive a loan you will not need to repay it until you are earning more than £15,000 per year. The repayment period is long and interest charges are much lower than any bank loan. A full-time fee for an HNC or HND course is £1,255 for the academic year and if you do not apply for a grant you will be invoiced for the full amount. Additional support may be available depending upon individual circumstances and can help with childcare, housing expenses and material costs.
