Learner Bases

The college has some excellent facilities dedicated to specific subject areas to support your learning experience with us. Known as Learner Bases, they are dedicated to specific subject areas. Each base has an excellent selection of learning materials and specialist equipment; with subject specialists and learner assistants on-hand to answer questions and problems as they arise. We have learner bases at our Halbeath and the Rosyth campus. Learner Bases are open every week day, mostly on a drop-in basis, and allow you to study and learn at your own pace. Currently we offer Learner Bases for art and design, creative technology, communications and languages, mathematics, management, childcare, social care, healthcare, science, engineering and technology and information technology.
