If successful they will be chosen as one of the eight finalists who progress onto the final round which involves a “Cook Off” in London this November. The winner will not only be named ‘Foods from Spain’ Spanish Young Chef of the Year 2008, they will also win a 5-day visit to Roses on Spain’s Costa Brava.
