Carnegie Stage School Treads The Boards at Edinburgh Festival

Carnegie College Stage School are proud to present in conjunction with Diverse Attractions the following Youth theatre productions at the Edinburgh Festival this year. Our youngest actors are 6 years old and ready for action! Students are performing "Ernie's Incredible Illucinations" by Alan Ayckbourn and a selection of Shakespeare's speeches on Monday 11th August.

This will be followed by performances of "Frenemy" and "Enigma", plays which are both devised and written by young people, for young people, on Tuesday 12th August.

"Waverley" and "Gold Top" are also both devised pieces of theatre which will be performed on Wednesday 13th August.

All performances are at 9pm to 11pm and tickets cost £5 and £2.50 (concessions) from the venue which is 6 Riddles Court in the Royal Mile opposite "Gladstone's land" or Deacon Brodies pub.

The Lauder Studio Theatre Company are performing Mary O'Malley's hilarious play "Once a Catholic", described as a cross between 'Nuns on the Run' and 'St. Trinians' on Thursday 14th August and Saturday 16th August at the same venue from 9pm to 11pm. Tickets cost £10 and £5 concession.
