 PRINCE2TM (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach to project management owned by the Government of Commerce. It is an easily tailored and scalable method that can be applied to all projects and situations across all sectors.
PRINCE2TM is a classroom based course that is delivered over three days for Foundation level and an additional two days for Practitioner level.
All PRINCE2TM project management training delivered by Carnegie Business Training and Development is accredited by The APM Group.

- Know how to organise, assess and reject information collected in research
- Prepare ‘the terms of reference’
- Write a clear, concise, logical and effective report that achieves its purpose
