Carnegie Enterprise Ltd Annual Accounts 2008 - 2009 Annual Accounts 2007 - 2008 Annual Accounts 2006 - 2007 Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002The Act means that anyone, anywhere can ask for any piece of information, and be entitled to receive it unless an exemption applies. Carnegie College, as a public body, is required to comply with the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (The Act), which comes into full force on 1 January 2005. The Act aims to increase openness and accountability in government and across the public sector by ensuring that people have the right to access information held by Scottish public authorities.
