Levenmouth - Thomson House & Business Incubation Suite

Working closely with employers and agencies such as Scottish Enterprise Fife and Jobcentre Plus, Levenmouth Access Centre reaches out to those in communities and can provide opportunities to improve qualifications, take on training and receive support and advice whilst looking for employment. This Access Centre operates from a suite of offices which include six training rooms, one conference room, individual self-employment embryonic business pods, a Modern Apprenticeship and Employer Liaison Room, an Information Technology and Open Learning Base and an Internet Café. Within the business pods there is an Alternative Therapies treatment room, a Nail Bar and a Beauty Salon. The centre is in partnership with Levenmouth child care centre and is adjacent to a 92 place purpose-built child care centre . Other resources available in the centre include access to fax, phones and computers with Internet access. Also available are newspapers, trade magazines, business directories, training information and a photocopier. And our experienced tutors are always on hand to help with any problems that may arise. This centre has been operating out of brand new state-of-the-art offices at Methil Docks’ new build complex since 2005. During this time we have helped many people within the area find employment, turn a business idea into reality, return to study or change career path.
