Our Kirkcaldy Centre is founded upon a partnership of key players working in social inclusion, community health and community safety as well as life long learning and community participation. The Access Centre ethos is, through intensive support to move individuals forward and to give them the personal skills, motivation and knowledge to make informed decisions - taking control of their lives.
